**What do I need to know
Prior to a VI Peel Treatment:

Stop Retinol products or any dermatology topical medications 5 days prior to peel.

Patients are to come in without any makeup on.

Please bring a hat and sunglasses for the ride home to protect from sun on the way home
After VI Peel:

You must avoid direct and prolonged exposure to the sun.

It is highly recommended to use sunscreen at all times. As much as possible, do not exercise during peeling duration because your skin at this moment is very sensitive, and sweat may irritate your skin.

Don’t be tempted to pull your peeling skin off. Let it peel naturally, or scarring and skin discoloration may happen.

You must have your moisturizer with you (given by a skincare practitioner), and avoid applying any creams or lotions.

Always talk and listen to your skincare professional. They are more knowledgeable in this field. Don’t self-medicate. A VI Peel is a gentle and powerful chemical peel that may improve your skin texture and reduce signs of aging. It uses a mixture of ingredients that make it more effective and safe.
Dermaplaning Facial with LED Light**
The Ideal exfoliation facial for when your skin is looking dull and dry. Dermaplaning uses a 10 gauge scalpel to gently scrape off dull dead skin cells and peach fuzz to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. This also allows for greater penetration of skincare products and creates a flawless canvas for makeup.

Microneedling**
Rejuvapen NXT® is an FDA cleared microneedling device used to stimulate collagen production. The procedure aims to tighten, lift, and rejuvenate the skin and can visibly improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, surgical, acne, or trauma scars, stretch marks, and pigmentation. The pen has a disposable needle tip that contains 12 microscopic needles. The tip easily glides across the skin filling in the fine lines and scars while tightening your skin and minimizing pores.
**Clients with active acne or Fitzpatrick levels 5 & 6 are NOT candidates for microneedling.

Microdermabrasion**
Microdermabrasion stimulates new skin growth and thickens skin collagen, thus leading to softening of fine lines and wrinkles, smoothing of coarsely textured skin, decreasing the appearance of scarring, decreasing pore size, and reducing superficial hyperpigmentation, also known as age spots. The procedure usually takes about 30 minutes with minimal to no discomfort meaning you won’t need a topical or local anesthetic and there is no recovery or downtime.Microdermabrasion works on all skin types causing no skin color change or scarring. Microdermabrasion also makes it easier for high-tech skin care products to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin and help build collagen, which gives skin its youthful appearance.
