How do I reserve a spa or salon appointment?

To reserve your service times, please call 609.773.0770. Our reservation desk is open 7 days a week to assist you.

To assure that you can reserve times convenient for you, we suggest you reserve your next service prior to leaving the spa/salon. Prebooked appointments earn you 2,000 Zanya Rewards Points!

Some Basic Policies:

  • All guests are required to provide a credit card number to reserve all appointments.
  • We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks, Spa Wish and SpaFinder gift cards.
  • Gratuities are greatly appreciated in recognition of exemplary service. However, gratuities cannot be left on credit cards.
  • When booking appointments, please inform our Front Desk Coordinators of any significant health issues, allergies or if you may be pregnant.
  • Please note that all service times are approximate and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Please note that all color service prices are subject to change. Your colorist will discuss any price changes with you during your visit.

What is the Zanya Spa/Salon cancellation policy?

To ensure a higher availability of services for you, we require a cancellation notice of 24 hours in advance of your reservation time. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, 25% of all reserved services will be charged to your credit card on file.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reserved time, a 50% charge may be applied and may necessitate rescheduling. If we do not receive any notification of cancellation, and you do not keep your reservation, 50% of reserved services will be charged to your credit card on file.

For Keratin or Japanese Relaxer Treatments and any reservation involving multiple service hours in one day, 7 days cancellation notice is required as well as a $100 deposit. If less than 7 days notice is given, 25% of services will be charged to your credit card on file. In the event that no notice is given, and you do not keep your reservation, 100% of reserved services will be charged to your credit card on file.

What should I bring to the Spa?

For your comfort, all services include complimentary beverages. We provide robes, slippers, towels, hair and body products as well as styling aids and hair dryers. We request that you leave all valuables and jewelry at home.

When should I arrive for my services?

For salon appointments we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time.

For spa appointments we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time. This will allow you to fill out necessary paperwork, change into your robe, secure your belongings in a locker and begin to relax. Our Relaxation Room is available to you before, between and after your services.

May I request a male or female therapist?

Our goal is to provide you with the perfect environment for relaxation and wellness. Please express any preferences you may have when making your reservation.

May I use my cell phone while at Zanya Spa Salon?

To maintain an atmosphere of total relaxation free from the pressures of our everyday lives, we kindly ask that all cell phones be silenced and stowed during your visit. We will gladly place and receive important calls for you at our Front Desk.

May I bring my child to Zanya Spa Salon during my services?

For the safety of your child, and the relaxation of our guests as well as your own, children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the salon or spa.

Do you offer haircuts for children?

Very young children have a very hard time sitting still. Naturally! At Zanya Spa Salon we do not do “clipper cuts” – all our hair cutting is with scissors. The combination of a squirmy child and sharp scissors is a dangerous one, so for the safety of the child and the stylist, we do not offer haircuts for children under 4 years old.

Can I have a private party?

We would love to have you host a private party or special event at our spa. Please contact our event coordinator at spa@zanyaspasalon.com for details and options available to you and your guests.

I would love to purchase a gift. Do you have any suggestions?

Yes! Call our Front Desk Coordinators or visit our boutique for assistance in selecting the perfect gift for any occasion. Also, gift cards are available in any denomination over $25 and may be purchased in person, via telephone and on our website.

We also would love to create a special basket for any birthday, anniversary, thank you, holiday or even teacher’s gift that you may need. Also for new moms and brides, even corporate gifts, a Zanya Spa Salon gift basket is always a perfect fit.

Do you offer a discount for Corporate Gift Giving?

If you would like to purchase gift cards totaling more than $1000, you will enjoy a 10% discount. All gift cards must be purchased at the same time to receive this special price.

What is the Zanya Spa/Salon return policy?

We take great pride in our reputation for quality. Exchange or refund in kind is available within 15 days of purchase with a receipt and all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on jewelry, footwear, services, series and gift certificates.

Do you ever need models for The Academy?

We are always in need of models for our styling and color classes in ourAcademy. Please speak with us if you would be interested in helping our Academy technicians hone their skills even further.

Does Zanya Spa/Salon ever offer promotions or discounts?

Zanya Spa Salon does from time to time host exciting events and offer special pricing on select services. We do this exclusively through email. If you would like to be included in this opportunity, please make sure to provide your email address to our Front Desk Coordinators.  Rest assured that we will not sell your email address to any other business for any reason.
